I noticed you put pp.bundle.internet when the correct APN you're thinking of should be ppbundle.internet - so that would be the first place to start if it's as simple as a typo
The main thing to verify after that is that your modem actually works, so please try connecting it directly to a PC and making a connection to the internet with it. If this works, and you have credit on the modem, then we know it's the Router which is at issue.
Usually with these type of routers, they include a list of compatible modems - however, after having scoured the User Manual for this router (and given myself RSI in my scroll-finger in the process - what a hefty tome!) there is no such table. That strikes me as a bit ambitious since it implies that their hardware will work with any USB modem, regardless of manufacturer or model. With that in mind, it may simply be that the router is incompatible, but you'd need to check that with the manufacturer themselves
