If you put your postcode into the coverage checker above, you will see that you are in an area where the ge4neral coverage is outdoor only for 2, 3 and 4G. There are also unexpected network issues in the area which might be affecting calls coverage. You will be able to register for updates for the issue on the coverage checker.
It would help if you gave an example of the problem. This can be done by completing the template on the link below.
Network Issues
