No signal since 17/7/17
Have been in touch 3 times, 1 by phone , twice on chat and now on this.
You are not taking this problem seriously
The whole area is without signal
We were told originally it was due to maintenance work and the signal would be back 21/7/17 we still have no signal and you want to blaim everybody mobile phones instead of sorting this obvious network problem out.
You have failed to update the website to keep loyal customers in the loop as to what the problem is.
I have now been told that I must register my complaint and network issues on here!!! Not sure why a phonecall will not do.
Please sort this out and keep me posted as to what will be happening.
No signal in a rural area and no assistance from Vodafone is no joke!

@Llinosj We’re aware of an issue with your local site (8428) and you can see this on our network status checker.
Our Network engineers are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
Click ‘Register for an update on this issue’ to be notified when this is fixed.

Thanks for getting back to me. Its good to hear that you except there is a network problem. When will this issue be resolved? I'm afraid the website states no issues in my area! Could you please arrange for the website to be updated as the service me and others have received so far has been far from acceptable.

@Llinosj I've checked this again for you and can see that this does appear on our network status checker.
Please enter your postcode when selecting the network status tab and choosing 'Unexpected issues'. This will then allow you to register for updates on the issue.
