Loss of colour on my smart prime 6 phone

My phone has lost all colour. All photos show as a negative. Can anyone suggest a solution to remedy.

Have you changed anything in settings at all ?

Try a soft reboot by turning it off and on.

Look for something in the settings that talks about.... Invert Colours.

tried that to no avail... all pages are reduced to either black & white or 'wishy washy' see through colours.

Hi, you could try a factory reset of the phone after backing anything important you want to keep.

If that doesnt work it may need to go for a repair, contact livechat for help with that.
