Since the last bank holiday there has been no 4G signal in Media City. I'm currently on H most of the time, somtimes goes to E. The network checker says there is a known issue, I signed up for an update last week but still nothing has changed.
What is going on and when will it be fixed?
1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? Don't know but covers all of media city
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? M50 2ST
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? Yes
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? N/A
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? Can't get 4g
6) When did you first notice this issue? 30/05/2017
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? Permanent

Did you read my post? I already said I had looked last week and it said there is a known issue and I already registered to be notified.
It has been a week and a half without 4g so far, I want to know why it is taking so long to fix.

@hystrix – Please take a look at our network FAQs for details on why we’re unable to provide further information, including timescales.

@hystrix – I’ve received an update today from our Network engineers and they’ve advised there have been some changes made in the area, this afternoon.
Please restart your phone and let us know if you notice some improvements with 4G at that postcode.
