Manual for 345

I want to find the manual or instructions for a 345.

I cannot see this on the Vodafone website and on trying to 'chat' to someone online on its website I was

told there was a 7 minute wait but no one had appeared after nearly twice that time. 

Can anyone advise where I can get manual/instructions please?

(Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I couldn't see any that were appropriate)
