Micro Sim to Nano Sim

I have a Iphone6 and need to get my Micro Sim swapped to a Nano Sim. I am living in New Zealand and have a friend visiting the UK in the next few weeks. Can I give it to her to swap for me at a Vodafone store with out me being present? Or can one be posted to a residential address in the UK ? Cheers David

Whenever I swap SIMs in-store, I am asked security questions to verify who I am, so I would presume your friend would not be able to do this for you?

However One of the Team will be along sometime in the next 48 hours. They might be able to help you?

Your friend can’t do this on your behalf, but you can arrange for one to be sent to your UK address. They can collect this and you can activate it online here.
