I recieved a text message this morning to say that I've saved more than £145. How do you determine that amount? I haven't made any calls within the last 30 days, I haven't used any data, and have sent 3 text messages.
You have, however, got £10 from me for a big value bundle. Why do you feel that it's appropriate to lie?

Is a time period specified? £145 is a lot and sounds more like a year's worth than anything else. PAYM bills used to have a "you've saved" line (they don't now). which was based on inclusive versus unbundled usage. Afaik, there are no unbundled contracts now, which is probably why they're dropped it.

I very much suspect that if you were to use all the allowance in the BVB at standard PAYG rates it would cost in the region of £145.
The message is obviously a generic one that is sent to all BVB customers regardless of whether or not you use the allowances you've bought.
