I have been having issues for over eight months now with calls dropping, calls not going through, waiting for hours and sometimes days for messages to come through and on most days a maximum of one bar of signal in the village of Clapham, where I live.   When I go out of Clapham toward Bedford the signal improves.

The issue continues if I change phones and it also happens to my mums phone, my dad and my step dad.  I have also spoken to numerous other people in the village in Vodafone that have this issue,  I have given up trying to phone my mum as the majority of the time it goes straight to voicemail while she's in the village.

There is absolutely no 3G or 4g available when I'm in the village.

Please try the steps in our Network Troubleshooting thread.

If you are still experiencing the issue after completing these steps, post the template with your answers here and I'll have a member of the team get back to you ASAP.

I've already done that no end of times.  When I speak to your advisors over the phone or in the shop I get fobbed off with them saying it must be my phone when I know it isn't.  I've been trying to sort this since August!  I'm at the point where I want to save now as it's ridiculous.

Hi

Looking at > https://www.vodafone.co.uk/explore/network/uk-coverage-map/

Your local masts show as no issues but the network checker shows an issue with surrounding masts.

"We're trying to fix a network issue which might be affecting calls coverage. It’s still being worked on by our engineers. We'll update this page as soon as we know more."

Issues with the surrounding masts can occasionally have an impact on local masts.

You can register for updates in the link.

This has been constant since august!  Have they been working on it since then?
