Mobile Broadband - Cancelling Contract

punkrockstar101
Not applicable
I assume i can cancel my contract if the service provided is not acceptable, I live in Glasgow city centre and the very best signal I can get is very poor 3G and most of the time its a slow GPRS and its actually faster using internet on my phone, and before you say it is not my modem as I have already been forced to buy another one to try.

Hi punkrockstar101

Thanks for your post here and I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with this. I appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.

I'm afraid that this would not be grounds to cancel your contract as you are still able to connect to the network, regardless of the speed.

How long have you had the modem for? If you are within 7 days and your purchased the device online you can return the device and cancel the contract.

Can you give me the postcode to the area of which you are having this trouble and I'll be able to check over the coverage in the area and tell you what levels of coverage you should expect.

Thanks

Wayne
