Yesterday my phone stopped working/no service. I cannot make/receive calls/texts. After several frustrating discussions with call centres they finally admitted that I have been disconnected in error. There is no apparent reason for this
They promised that this was being resolved but still no solution. They promised it would be resolved in 24 hours but nothing. To add insult to injury, I cannot call them from my phone so get charged for using my landline, the calls of which last anything up to an hour 😡. I have now been told it will be another 24 hours as its Sunday.
No one at Vodafone can tell me why, and daily phone calls to its service centre yields vain promises to resolve, but to no avail. Every day I have to start from scratch as there is no case management and there is no way to hold anyone to account for broken promises, the service is utterly useless.

You could try using Live Chat to liaise with Customer service.
I understand the frustration this situation must be causing.

Have done that today Lee, they told me not to worry that it'll be completed within 24hours and that he had raised an urgent request

That's not acceptable to have to make that many points of contact by any means.

Yes i dont blame you wanting re connection. Nothing unreasonable from your side there.
The issue right now is it's Sunday so the departments won't be fully open / staffed.
If this was my situation I'd ring that number I pasted in earlier if the timeframe elapses and my number was not re connected as advised.
