Hi there,
My mother has moved her Sure Signal but because a property in the same postcode area also has a VSS I cannot change it. Any ideas as there certainly won't be interference between them as the buildings are apart and consist of very thick walls?
Update: Actually portal allowed me to update postcode but error message suggesed otherwise.

Hi Ian,
Thanks for your post.
All you need to do is to change the postcode to another. For example you could use ST1 5GP, then change it back.
To do this, access the account details on My Account, click on My Sure Signal at the bottom, click "Manage Sure Signal" , click "Change Postcose" and then save.
After a few minutes go back in and then register the original postcode.
