My Vodafone smart ultra 6 won't turn on

I plugged my phone in because it was out of charge and then it vibrated and the Powered by android screen appeared so I thought it was working but it just kept repeating and it won't stopand the phone won't boot or turn on

Any Suggestions ??

Hi there

It could be that the battery has been allowed to run too low.  Is there any way you could charge the battery in another handset?

Can you try another charger ?

Try holding the power button in for approx 15 seconds. 

As a last resort you could perform a hard reset. 

Please note this will delete any saved data in your phones memory.

If that fails pop it into a Vodafone store and they'll send it away if necessary. Their is a 24 month warranty on the phones as long as no damage has been acquired via a drop or water damage for example.
