THERE IS NO COVERAGE IN THE DG10 9JU POST CODE. THAT IS BALLPLAY ROAD AREA OF MOFFAT, DUMFRIESSHIRE. THAT HAS BEEN THE CASE FOR SOME TIME.
RAN THROUGH THE SUGGESTED CHECKS, BUT STILL NOTHING. CAN SOMEONE TRY AND SORT THIS FAULT. THIS SORT OF THING IS HAPPENING FAR TOO OFTEN.

@Derek49 I've checked your area and there was recently an issue that was resolved with one of your surrounding sites (11900) on 24 August 2016 at 4.35pm.
I've checked your local 2G, 3G and 4G sites (8531 & 11900) and there are no faults or performance related issues.
