NO VODAFONE NETWORK SINCE FEBRUARY !

NR29 4 area has had no network coverage since February!  Customer Services are either unwilling or unable to tell us what the problem is.  Website just says they're aware of a problem which they're working on.  Nobody is able to tell us what is actually wrong and when we will get a service that will allow us to make/receive calls and texts.  Not what I'd call customer service!

@BKWOS - Please try the steps in our network troubleshooting thread.

 

If you're still experiencing the issue after completing these steps, post the template with your answers here and we'll get back to you ASAP.

None of the steps proposed are appropriate.  This issue is not specific to my home or my phone.  To the best of my knowledge it covers most of the village!

@BKWOS - Please get back to us with the completed template (step six), as this will give us the information we need to look into the network issues in the area.

I have service!  Amazing what can be done when somebody actually takes notice at last.  Fingers crossed, the problem is resolved and we won't lose service again.
