Need SureSignal resync, I believe

SureSignal is still working with a PAYG phone, but a new contract phone with number ported from Orange (Removed for security) doesn't work. SureSignal blocks it if the number is authorized on the SureSignal and the phone is within range.

 

From other posts it looks like that means my SureSignal has to be resynced, whatever that is.

Welcome to the eForum. :smileyhappy:

 

I've just resynced your device for you so, to make sure the resync completes, can you perform a factory reset:-

 

Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.
Once all lights display release the reset button.
The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.

 

Let me know if you still experience any problems.
