New Phone doesn't connect to sure signal

My wife has just upgraded to an iPhone 5s which meant getting a new SIM card.

The iphone isn't connecting to the sure signal...

I tried to add her to the sure signal again but as the registered owner, I can't add her again or delete her.

The Troubleshooting steps don't cover this.

What should I try doing please?

Thanks for trying that.

 

You will need to deregister the Sure Signal, leave it for 24 hours and then register the Sure Signal.

 

The Help videos I've attached will guide you through the process.
