Hi, please can someone from Vodafone investigate what’s going on with my suresignal (version 3).
Like a lot of people I get a solid red light and a slowly flashing white internet light, the other two lights aren’t lit at all.
I’ve received messages from Vodafone saying it’s connected and it shows as ‘active’ in my Vodafone
I’ve tried a couple of Ethernet cables,
I’ve mapped it to a fixed internal IP,
I’ve tried with no ports manually forwarded,
I’ve tried it with ports 8, 50, 53, 67-68, 123, 500, 1723, 4500, 33434-33445 all mapped to the suresignal
I've rebooted the router
I've resst the suresignal
I’ve read the troubleshooting,
I’ve waited 24 hours
I've had enough
I’m on talktalk and have a HG533 router

Hi @AcPeters,
The Sure Signal is showing as connected to our systems.
Please try switching your phone off and back on. This will help it get a fresh connection. If you still don't have a full connection after this, please try a manual network search through the settings page.
Let us know the results and we'll investigate further from there.
