I am sorry to hear you are still experiencing issues with your mobile broadband connection. As Lee stated on the 22nd May this is still ongoing and we are wanting a resolution and closure as much as you do, I am just sorry for the quality of service you feel you have received.
I would like to think this is sorted sooner rather than later and you decide to stay with our network, I assure you we are doing as much as we can to get this fault rectified.
