No Ringtones

My S5 will not play ringtone when I recieve a call and can't even play ringtone when selecting ringtones

Hi NO not on mute can play/hear other tones

The do not disturb is not a mute everything function.

It can stop caller ringtones etc.

Are you using the tones that came already pre loaded into the phone.

Is the volume turned up .

Volume up full and using mixture of exsisting and downloaded

Can you check if you have a 'Do Not Disturb' setting activated.
