Hello can someone help me i a have a new Nokia 3310 I can't get internet on my mobile someone help me with the settings I have sent him a text to web and still doesn't work I spoke to customer services and they can't help either looks like I have to post on the website not to buy Nokia 3310. Because the phone does have Internet browser. Hope someone can help me

The Nokia 3310 - 2017 model is somewhat limited on its Data Connection.
2G bands GSM 900 / 1800 - SIM 1 & SIM 2 (dual-SIM model only)
The way to get the settings are to.....
Text WEB to 40127
or use the settings from the following link paying attention to the specific Payg or Pay Monthly options.

Browser WAP 2.0/xHTML
It does have internet connection but is basic.

Have sent the text to web and still doesn't work I've been on to that page for the settings and I can't find the correct settings for the phone not working at all

Hi,
Vodafone must not support that model of phone for the shortcode settings set up.
The 3310 has the Nokia operating system Series 30.
In the Apn Settings Link have you looked at the following section > Nokia feature phone APN settings for Vodafone.
If you get stuck a Vodafone Highstreet Store might be able to help.
