Note 3 - Reverting back from Lollipop

Since the update to Lollipop, I have had constant bluetooth connection problems with my Pebble watch. I have done numerous factory resets, and even purchased another Pebble watch thinking that the watch was the problem. My phone keeps dropping the Bluetooth connection. I've tried all the advice I can find on the Internet.

I want to revert back to Android 4.x where I had no Bluetooth problems. Can you advise me on how to do this please?

Regards,

Nik

You will need to manually flash the firmware yourself.
This is a very easy simple process with a Samsung phone as long as you have not activated knox.

You can download the firmware and flashing software "Odin3" from the website sammobile dot com.

You can find a flashing tutorial on xda-developers dot com.
Just search for Note 3 flashing guide.

Hi again, TSD.

Sorry for the delay, I had a busy few days and didn't get round to this until yesterday.

The process was fairly painless, although I had a few hitches. Firsly, I didn't realise you had to have Kies installed.

Once the process was complete, my phone was stuck on the Samsung screen. I thought I'd bricked it, but clearing the cache and reset fixed it.

It's now happily back on the older version of the OS, and all seems well.

Thanks again for your help, it was much appreciated!
