I spoke to a CS Advisor called Ginij.

This is what she told me.

''Ginij:

Okay, got the details. Your order has been aligned with the stock we have received recently.''

Ginij:

''So the good news is that at least your order got aligned with the stock and our orders team is working on it.''

Ginij:

'' Within next 1-2 days, you will be receiving a confirmation Email and text as well that the order has been confirmed.''

I spoke to a CS Advisor called Niharika

I asked the advisor about what i was told yesterday.

Niharika:

Chris, Yes the last Advisor informed you right

Niharika:

However the order is processed for dispatch now

i havent got any text or email whatsoever.

So can someone tell me why im getting lied to, YET AGAIN!.

No need in it atall! 

This is will be taking further !! and i hope the Customer Service Advisor who lie to there Loyal customers, deserve to be sacked.
