Yep same here ordered on launch day iPhone 7 jet black plus got nothing
then month later got a message saying October then I got a text message saying arriving Nov with a phone bank ##~##
and then my latest bill I've been charged for the new phone one off payment
i called them they agreed to waiver the payment after a long convertsation
and then wait for it they restricted my phone because I haven't paid the full bill amount
i called them and I'm still restricted can't believe how poor Vodafone customer service it's like talking to robots most of the time and when I have spoken to someone I've wasted my time again and again
I'm gonna wait until end of November but I've actually given up hope of ever seeing a iPhone 7 what a joke
