Registered min back in 2012, the signal has always been poor, dropping off after a couple of minutes but now after following all the advice available here and elsewhere I am stumped, the third light doesn't come on after a reset, in fact when doing the reset and reinserting the power cable only light number one comes on, after a couple of minutes my finger goes numb so I let it go and it flashes and does whatever it does.
Any way, my serial number is 21197023142

Did that and still the same this morning so I pulled the plug on it and had a coffee, came back and put the plug back in. An hour or so later all phones are on maximum bars and some show 3G.
Will wait to see if the calls still drop off after a couple of mins. Have 'cleaned' the phone line until is is dead quiet and the BB speet test is still the same.

Hi evanowen,
Thanks for the update, it would seem that everything is now working as it should for you? I can see that your Sure Signal connected to our servers last night at 22:19.
Your latest speed test does indicate a small variance is line speed, is there anything else running on your network that’s using some of the bandwidth? If so, then if the speed drops below 300kbps (0.3Mbps), the Sure Signal can’t maintain the connection so you’ll see the call drop.
Let me know how you go on.
Thanks
Andrew

The 300kbps is the margin for having 4 phones using SS at one time, why can't you make it easier for those of us who only have one or two phones connected at any one time?
