Since about 8am today connection has been intermittently lost and when connected max speed is 0.08Mbps.
I've restarted and reset router with no joy. Any known issues in this area?

Thanks @TJ spent 45mins on hold with no joy, I guess lots of people were having problems. Anyway I did another reset at about 1pm and it's now fine.

They'll be able to give you the most up to date information on anything that could be occurring in your area and run through diagnostics on your line, to rule out any other problems.
