1) My house and along my road, I have to either drive 7 miles into Tarbert or walk through the woods and down to the shore opposite Kennacraig to get a signal good enough to make a short phone call.

My partner is a coastguard, not having a signal here is a big problem!

2) What is the full postcode  PA29 6XZ

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? Yes

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? No signal at all, no service, someimes one or 2 dots or bars show but as soon as I ry to make a call or use the internet it drops again

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? I just about get 2G no experince of 3G or 4G in this area at all, ever.

6) When did you first notice this issue? A few weeks ago, was hoping it would be fixed by now.
