phone shows emergency only

@Bozza35 A Sure Signal device will create it's own 3G signal which you'd be able to use.
To connect a the device you'd need to plug one end of the Ethernet cable into your Sure Signal and plug the other end of the cable into the Ethernet port on your broadband router.
Would this be possible in the environment which you work?

Yes i believe thats possible, but we dont have a router her we have a full blow ISDN line.

The sure signal box does not work....
Back to square 1, another 14-16 months of paying for a service i cant use...

Your Sure Signal serial number:
The results of a traceroute.
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.

That info is not available as it is on a work newtwork, i did say originally that the sure signal box might be able to work here...

@Bozza35 I can understand some of those details won't be available due to it being a work location.
Please let us know the serial number of your Sure Signal and the light sequence you're seeing on the device.
