I've got no network...I haven't had for the past 3 days!!

ive been on the live chat, made calls been on Twitter...signal strength is good in my area, I've done the press and hold, changed carrier settings, swapped sims in a different handset..still no 4G...I feel like I'm going out of my mind repeating myself for the last 3 days....please sort this out!!!!!!!!!

Yes I can make and receive calls at home...

its the data I can't use once I leave the house!

i don't know which signal it is...

Hi buddy, do you change to mobile data in your settings from WiFi when you leave the house?

2...I already did that in at the Vodafone store yesterday...the internet does not work!

Do you think I'm thick or something, that I haven't tried everything....this is now 6 days without any internet once I leave my home!!

@Diamonds4me - As you should get 4G at home, we’ll need to look into this further, so I’ve sent you a private message with instructions on how to get in touch,

We’ll need you to include some examples from the last 24 hours (speed tests on the mobile internet at that postcode, screenshots of pages that have failed to load etc).
