Hi there
What phone is it? The first thing I would do is text the word WEB to 40127 just to ensure that the correct settings are indeed installed on the device. After you send the text you should get a configuration message sent back to your handset. That should sort your problem out. If it doesn't, it could potentially indicate that MMS hasn't been provisioned on your account and will need one of the eForum Team to look into the issue for you.
