We have an awful signal in our new home since we moved 2 months ago. So we've been ringing Vodafone about it and tried everything they said to do but nothing happened. My goodness!!! This is not a quality service I'm paying for more nearly 50£ a month because of extra charges is it for having to used all my 6GB data in just 2 weeks as it's just keep on searching for ages every time I use my data!!! You have to sort this out please because when I got my contract this year, your people at the shop check the signal in our new address and they said it's all good but it's completely a lie as I have a very poor signal and can not connect using my data either inside the house or outside!! I have to walk atleast 5-10 minutes away from home to get a bloody good signal that gives me 4G! We have been calling Vodafone customer service about this problem and last time they said was we have to pay sure signal booster to help the service, really???

We are unable to provide any help without knowing the location you're having difficulty to a reasonable detail; please can you provide most of a full UK postcode ie XY15 4A[Blank] but a full postcode is best.
Best thing would be to fill in the network diagnostics template. I've filled in some of the details:
1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
Yes, 5-10 minutes
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the Community, add it to your profile here, some of it is useful for non mods though.
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
6) When did you first notice this issue?
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

My post code is in my profile and the exact location where I live, we have tried to use different locations inside our house and different phones but it's really the signal that is VERY POOR EITHER inside and outside the house as I mentioned many times. we have to walk 5-10 minutes from the house before we can get a proper connection whislt using data. If you want I'll send you pictures of us walking to get a connection??? This is the network ever that I've used that such things like signal problems has to take more than 2 months and still not resolve. Maybe I will just buy that SURE SIGNAL booster that we'll pay £69 to get a 3G that you're trying to sell to your customers because I'm sure no compensation whatsoever your company will do than to have us pay more and more for charges which is I believe that it be should be provided as free, but it seems that it is our FAULT that there is NO SIGNAL from our network provider VODAFONE!!! NEVER AGAIN AFTER THIS CONTRACT!!!

@Delma There's a difference between being in a low coverage area and having a network fault. Any planned upgrades in your area will show on our network coverage checker.
I've checked some of the local sites in your area and they're all performing correctly.

Hi @Delma
I do understand and appreciate how frustrating it can be when Signal is intermittent or non existent.
Vodafone use a Network Checker which gives an indication of what signal and data speeds are in a postcode, but it's not a guarantee of what a person will actually receive. This is explained on the Network Checker page. Really the advice given by the Vodafone employees should have included that disclaimer.
This is the link to the Checker > Vodafone Network Checker.
Vodafone also have a Template for a person to use and Paste back the template here with your answers in order to help further > Network-issues-initial-checks-and-template.
When a person is either moving home or thinking of starting a contract I advise to pick up a Payg Sim Card and use it at the address where they live or thinking of moving to in order to test out what signal is like there , in the surrounding area and where they commute and work too.
Again this is because the Network Checker isn't a guarantee of what a person will receive.
I do again understand your point but Vodafone cannot be made responsible for where a person chooses to live or move to.
A Sure Signal Device for £69 creates a 3G signal in the home that latches to Home Broadband which would be a resolution for you which is why they've suggested one.
There is also Vodafone Calling Over Wifi for people on eligible contract types and accepted handset models. More Vodafone wi-fi-calling.
I wish you all the best.
