I've been having loads of issues recently with my VSS and have been on the phone on and off with the CS team with varying degrees of success.
I have now forwarded the ports as told by VCS
I have also activated port clamping as well
Now the VSS sits with the power light on and the internet light flashing - how long will it do this for before normal service resumes?
