I can't get my Vodafone prepaid data bundle to talk to my Nexus 7 tablet. Vodafone changed my "outdated" sim for a "dual format" sim. Google reckon the data bundle might not talk to my tablet because the dual format sim contains a text message component and the tablet will only talk to a data only sim. I am being passed back and forth from Vodafone to Google. Can anyone help?
If they accidentally transferred your number to a phone SIM rather than a data SIM, you could well be in trouble. Can you get to a Vodafone store to get your number transferred to a fresh data SIM, and see if that gets things moving for you?
