After my broadband was 'upgraded' my line has dropped 3 times at around 9am.
I also have noticed that I can only get 100k bytes via my VPN whereas before it was 600k.
Downloads via http/https work faster than before but ssh/openvpn appear to be throttled at approx. 100k.
Has anyone else noticed these issues?
