Ras Error 678

Hi there.

Been having some problems lately with my dongle. First it stopped detecting any networks and nobody replied to one of my posts. Now it finds the network/s but i keep getting RAS Error 678.

Also - I rarely seem to see administrators on her - and when I do, they only update pinned posts, it would be nice as a paying customer to be dealt with -
