How do I post a new message on this forum instead of replying?

I can't see how to ;post a new question here... nor can I find out how to get my dongle working abroad. I am in India... I am really struggling with thsi site...  sorry if this is in the wrong place but I ca'nt find the right place!!!!

To post a new message:

Click on Mobile broadband" under "Discover Vodafone" above to list the board index.

Then under the "Aska Question" box there's a "New Message" box.

But do search first since it's often the case someone else has asked a similar question in the past.
