Please can you resync at server end - had power outage the other day and tried a couple of resets with no luck:

16 Up
Ping Test:
34ms Ping
3ms Jitter

Hi kkent,
Can you try a complete factory reset for me please?
* Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
* Keeping the reset button held down, remove both the Ethernet cable and power lead
* Re-insert the power lead
* Once all the lights display, release the reset button
* Re-insert the Ethernet cable.
* The Sure Signal will come online in around one hour

Thanks Wayne. Have carried that out but still same issue. lights 1, 2 & 4 are lit.
I have three phones registered to it and none of them are connecting. Occasionally there appears to be a connection but then it drops again within seconds.
