Red light & flashing white - have tried trouble shooting guide

Hello,

I activated by sure signal yesterday morning, early hours, it has now been 24 hours and I still only getting the red light and flashing white suggesting connetivity problems

 I have a draytek 2760 router

 I have assigned the SS box a static IP,

I can ping it on my network

MTU size is 1492

Provider is BT Fibre 30 MB down 7MB UP

I have opened up the port redirections as indicated in this help topic

Previous help topic with sure signal ports to open

The Sure Signal is active and there has been very little traffic.

Please ensure all the required ports are open.

You may need to make changes to the VPN services on your router as advised on a earlier post.

I have had the same issue and have been told by Vodafone on the phone that there is a major outage and that boxes are being de-registered due to a system issue - the tech people on this forum are clearly hiding this fact away from everyone

Thanks for the reply support, I have cecke all tho settings, the ports and the settings on the VPN (for draytek) none were turned on.

I have even turned on logging to check the traffic from the SS box and it appears to be communicating, please see the log file below of the ports it is trying to establish and succeeding. Are there any requeste here that are missing ?

Also the IP address it is trying to communicate with is not the same as the ones mentioned in the previous support thread 

My box is trying to communicate with 88.82.13.178 is this correct ?

Is there anything else you can check please, or examin the log below. (also attached for clean format)

I have now de-registered the SS box and re-registered it under a ifferent one of my numbers, I'm pretty sure I have eeverything set up correctly this end.

I did try web support online to check thigs but they said they needed the securoty code that was text to my phone to access my suresignal account, this seemed a bit strange so I ended that online call - surely you can access someone account details without requiring the code text to my phone ?

+60 hours since installing - still not working same thing red light and flashing white.

log files as above show the ports that are communicating.

How's it looking at that end please, I have just renewed my contracts based on having this working, as coverage is poor at home, if I can't get it going I'm going to have to cancel and move to another network that does have signal at home, so any help appreciated please.
