Registered sure signal and phone won't connect to it

Hi. I finally got my ex - tenant to deregister my sure signal box so I could register and use it myself (long story). I have received the text message from Vodafone to say it is working bit it won't pick up my phone. I still have no signal. Any ideas?

This is now resolved (I think) Seems to be ok now after a bit of fiddling around.
