Reliable 4g Mifi devices that give full speed

Hi there im hoping someone can help me as this is driving me mad.

On my account I have 3 lines, one of which is an ipad the other is an iphone. Both devices give full speed from the vodafone mast which is within 200 meters of me with 60 down / 20 up

Now, the issue i have is the 3rd line is a data sim being used in a netgear aircard ac810. The device is connecting at 4G speeds, however, various speed tests from the same mast Im lucky to get 10 down / 2 up

My suspicion is the aircard is not compatible on Vodafone so im wondering does anyone out there know of a reliable 4g mifi type device that gives full speed please ?

When I spoke to a voda rep he tried to say that the iphone and ipad were a special case and that customers complain even the mifi devices voda sell give similar bad speed results, but im not so convinced.
