Reregistration of Suresignal Box

Hi There,

My sure signal box is currently registered to a corporate contract number meaning I cannot manage users etc. I would like to re-register the box to a new personal number to over come this issue. Could you please confirm what I need to do to reregister my device?

Hi glrawson,

Thanks for posting. So that you can register the device in your own details, you'll need to have the current administrator de-register the device themselves. Once they have de-registered it and given permission for you to take the unit over via email, we can look to having it set up in your details against a consumer account instead.
