Rewards £25 Voucher Lost email

Wonder if anyone can help. Been trying Vodafone chat to no avail.

Quite simply I converted 2500 points for a £25 John Lewis Voucher on 5 March 2017. Accidently deleted the email that links me to the John Lewis e-giftcard. Now Vodafone are quoting me a really long number. Somthing like this  (4c6745e4-ec7a-428c-a144-86da7e328754)   Any idea how I can use this code for my unused £25 voucher

usually when an email is deleted it drops into a Trash Folder. 

Can you check on your phone or by logging directly into your email account using your url box in your browser.

I have checked the trash folder on my AOL. Unfortunately it empties after 7 days

Any help to use my code would be appreciated
