I'm not sure if this is the right board to poist this to, apologies if I've chosen the wrong one.
My rewards voucher hasn't arrived one week after I had a message saying it would be emailed to me within 24 hours - help please!

If you have not received your voucher by email, please get in touch with Vodafone by using live chat or calling. They will have the necessary account access.
