SD card not mounted

for the umpteenth time, my phone is telling me my sd card is not mounted and will not recognise it. i have turned the phone off, taken the card out, put it back in and still the same.

I have read numerous post on forums about this issue with the S4  and it seems a very common problem, 

I have two questions,

1, has anyone found an answer to the problem

2, Have or will vodaphone do anything about it.

seeing as you loose a chunk of the memory with the OS on these hansets, it is imperitive to have a sd card working.

Hi, have you tried a new SD card? Yours could be faulty? You could try to format it and see if that works?

This is the second card I have had in the handset, it happened previously to my original card, i replaced it because it was happening regularly to that card. It has no happened several times to this card and both cards work fine in another phone and on PC.

OK, I would suggest a factory reset next.
