Vodafone - Does this mean we can exchange for another model of phone, and what would this mean for contracts that have been started specifically for this device.

I have just phoned the number on their home page and was told i had to speak to retentions, who then told me they could not accept the note 7 as a return as its being dealt with by those higher up in the company, so again vodafone customer service is spot on. (sarcasm inserted)
i will now be cancelling my contract with this company as they promise the earth and we recieve nothing, Firstly i am due a credit of £115 in total so instead of paying the credit they instead cut my daughters phone off saying there is £130 worth of data charges which by the way there is not, so they had to reconnect the phone and not a word of apology and guess what, still no sign of my credit and now i am paying for a phone i cant use, so i think its time to remove my association with this company. also i am cancelling my direct debit for this months payment as even with both phones payment they still owe me £17 lol

If you hang the phone up and redial, somtimes you get through to someone that knows what they are talking about.
It took 3 calls this morning but got there in the end. I will be recieving a returns bag in the next 3-5 days, already moved contract to Sim only and will wait until someone builds a phone as good as the note 7 (exploding battery aside!)

Just another reason to leave this dreadful company i think i might buy my phones outright from now on and just get rolling monthly contracts, also i am now looking at google pixel phone, it has some great specs
