I have just bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and bought what I thought was a tempered glass screen protector for the S6 Edge. It isn't glass. It's plastic and has affected the sensitivity of the screen especially near the edges. It is now in the bin. Can anyone suggest a decent screen protector?

Hi,
I use a Tempered Glass Screen Protector in my iPhone 6Plus which I purchased from eBay.
Various ones are available in Highstreet shops and on the internet ranging from a few £'s to £30+ !
Was the one you purchased flimsy?

It was a Jtech protector and cost about £15. Wouldn't say it's flimsy but definitely not glass.

This is one of a few blogs I read when performing some homework before my purchase.

My Protector cost £1.70 and causes no loss of touch screen sensitivity. One can purchase more expensive ones to fit to the edge of the screens but I saw no need personally to pay more for this.

Ive had a look on Amazon and a few of the reviews of that protector mirrors the issues your having with it.
I would have requested a Refund.
