Hello I've recently purchased an iphone 6 with you and my number moved from EE. Since my number was moved I cannot access any data (only wifi) and my number isn't registered as a vodafone number which means I'm struggling to access my corporate discount. I have called you five times now with no luck and my SIM card was reset yesterday which was suppose to be fixed in 24 Horus and it's still not working. Please help as I'm starting to have regrets signing up with you.

Hi,

If this hasn't resolved by today and you've turned your phone off and on and tried Settings-General-Reset-Rest Network Settings in your phone then unfortunately the best way is to again telephone Customer Services to have your account a port looked it.

It may also be beneficial to telephone your old Network too as they still have the responsibility to migrate you to your new Network.

Remember, you may need to sync the phone to iTunes following your number port for updates.
