Simcard permanently blocked

Hello,

Just need a question answered, i accidentally put in pin too many times incorrectly and now the sim is permanently blocked. All I need to know would I be able to get it unblocked or do I have to get a replacement and if so does it cost.

You'll need a Puk Code from Customer Services on 191 (from a working sim card) or Live Chat or calling Vodafome on 03333 040 191 (standard call charges apply).

If a Puk code won't suffice and it is indeed permanently blocked then any Vodafone High street Store can supply a new blank sim card and put your number onto it. 

No there wouldn't be a cost if you do this in a store however if you ask for a blank sim to be posted then they may charge a fee.
