May I advise that their is no longer any account access or assistance via the eForum.
I would suggest a soft reset by turning it off and on.
If you not see anything in its settings to help you perhaps pop in an Vodafone HighStreet store and they may be able to assist or send it off to be looked at or arrange for it to be swapped out if under 14 days old or if you acquired it online you'll need to ring customer services on 191 or use live chat.
