Smart Ultra 6 frozen on lock screen

My smart ultra 6 is frozen on lock screen. I can't put pass code in or turn it off. Tried to hard and soft reset it and no response. Any ideas?

Have you tried this hard reset.

If so then I'd suggest to taking it into a Vodafone store who'll take a look and if necessary send it off to their repair centres.

Take Time / Date stamped pictures of the device to show the condition you sent it back in and one of it turned on if you can

If you haven't already, have a look at some of the other threads on this board.   There seems to be an issue with the most recent update of the Facebook app (if that's relevant here) on this phone.  Some people have found a way out of the situation and it might be worth giving those a go.
